Lawrence Goldberg
Founder, President and Design Director
Lawrence Goldberg helped to pioneer fourth-generation radial/podular Jail Planning in the United States. Since 1984, he has provided Criminal Justice design services to over 90 jurisdictions nationwide. He has extensive experience with Criminal Justice facilities including programming, design, construction, and financing. Because of this he has been an associate professor and a frequent guest speaker at institutions including Boston Architectural Center and Washington University.

Clifford Sullivan
Vice President and Technical Director
Clifford Sullivan worked for several years, before and after college, in conventional architecture firms of various sizes on a variety of project types and sizes. He was a Technical Consultant for a major pre-engineered metal building company where he advised on design, detailing and code compliance issues with design professionals, contractors and customers. For the five years prior to joining GSM, Mr. Sullivan worked as a construction project manager on industrial and commercial building projects in several states.

Joyce McCrerey
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Joyce McCrerey has developed an excellent reputation with a number of financiers across the Midwest. She uses her knowledge to aid in the communication process between clients and underwriters with regard to Detention Projects, budgets and financing.
